Shipping

Which all location are the products delivered?

Delivery only in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Pondicherry (Puducherry), Tamil Nadu and Telangana.
We will be expanding delivery to other areas later.

A minimum purchase of Rs.250/- is required for the order to be delivered.

Is there any delivery charges?

As an introductory offer, we are offering free delivery to selected areas. Few products in Boards & Stands and Personal Care do not qualify for free shipping and those products incur a delivery charge of Rs.50/-

To check whether your area comes under free shipping, please enter your pincode under CALCULATE SHIPPING in the Cart page.

Areas which does not come under free delivery will have a flat delivery (shipping) fee of Rs.100/-

How many day’s does it take to deliver the products ?

Usually it will take 1 to 3 working days to deliver.

Payments

Is there Cash on delivery Options?

Currently there is no cash on delivery option. Products will be delivered only after we receive payment online.

Orders

What is a Quote or how to add to Quotes?

Quotes are used to order products in bulk quantity. It can be also used for items not available in the website but which are available in our shop.

Steps to order..

  • Go to the product you want to purchase in the shop page

  • select the quantity

  • Click Add to Quote button

  • After adding all the products needed, go to Quote List

  • Enter your name, email, address and telephone and click Send

  • After we receive your quote, we will send an email back to you with renewed price

  • You can either Accept or Reject  the quote

  • Clicking Accept will forward you to payment page. After receiving payment we will deliver the products.

What if I want an Out of Stock product?

If the product you need is out of stock, either send the product as a quote by going to that product in shop page and select Add to Quote (refer How to Add to Quotes for further details ) or go to link PRODUCT NOT IN WEBSITE?,  enter your name, email, telephone, address, the name of the product and the quantity required and click send. We will get back to you through email.

What if I want a product not available in your website / Shop page?

We have more than 5000 products available in our store. All these products may not be displayed in our website. If the product you need is not displayed in our shop page, then go to link PRODUCT NOT IN WEBSITE?.  Enter your details along with the name of the product and the quantity you need. We will get back to you with a quote.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Products once ordered cannot be cancelled nor exchanged unless the wrong product has been delivered or the product is out of stock .

Pricing

What we do about mispricing’s?

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.
